Pricing

Red Orchid packages are designed to bring you passionate photography at an incredible value. Our talented photographers, digital darkroom artists and album designers work hard to bring you the very best photography and photography products.

All our packages include the full resolution Jpegs. You will receive all the images from your wedding on CD or DVD in high resolution, printable Jpeg format and a printed release so you can print, share and enjoy your photography as much as you like.

Our packages are based on the amount of photographic coverage you need on your wedding day and the options you choose.

Photographic Coverage

Every bride is unique and has different coverage needs. We offer several packages that provide different levels of coverage.

The only difference in coverage options is the amount of time we spend with you. No matter which option you choose you will always get our very best work.

We are always happy to discuss additional coverage requests or create a custom package for your unique needs.

Additional Coverage

You may add additional hours of coverage for your event for $249 per hour per photographer.  You may also select any package and add additional coverage for a customized package.  For instance, you could Choose the Intimate Package and add extra hours to cover the bridal preparations where your photographer captures you putting on your dress and makeup and your groom getting ready before the ceremony.

Engagements

An engagement session is a great way to get to know your photographer and also document who the two of you are before your wedding!  A typical engagement session would be you and your fiancé in the park in a relaxed environment where we can capture the way you feel about each other.  Engagement sessions include all your images on DVD. Engagement coverage is offered at $249.

Bridal Portraits

Many brides elect to have bridal portraits made before their wedding.  While we always shoot bridal portaits with every package we offer during the wedding day, some brides like the idea of capturing their bridal portraits in a relaxed, stress free environment before their wedding day. 

You can also have a framed print created before your wedding to show at your reception or for a wedding announcement for the paper.  We can shoot your bridal session in our studio or on location.  Bridal portraits include all your images on DVD and are offered at $249.

Rehearsal Coverage

The anticipation of the wedding day, friends and family laughing together, you and your groom practicing walking down the isle, the perfect toast at your dinner - all these moments can be captured for you to cherish. Four hours of Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner coverage include all your images on DVD and are offered at $495.

Wedding Albums

We are proud to offer several different styles of albums so you can select the one that's best for you.  All of our albums are custom designed in house by our phenomenal album designers.  You may even select one album for yourself and another album in a different style for a parent or someone special.  Albums begin at $495.

DVD Montage

Brides seem to love our DVD Montage. We take images from your day and set them to music so you can enjoy them on your DVD player and show them to your friends. We also post the Wedding Montage on the internet so you can send a link to out of town family and friends.  DVD Montage's are offered at $95.

Digital Negatives

Your wedding memories are yours and we want you to have every one of them. All of our packages include the full resolution images on DVD. We even provide you with two copies. One copy is for you to enjoy and the other copy is for your safety deposit box. No matter what, we want you to always have your wedding memories.

You may also want to purchase additional copies of your wedding memories.  Additional DVD copies are offered at $49.
